This day. This wedding. This couple. It wasn’t just any wedding. It wasn’t just any couple. It was my big brother and the love of his life and their beautiful wedding day. It was our families becoming one family. It was perfect.
Daniel and Morgan were married at Ashton Gardens in Atlanta on August 18th (which just so happened to by my younger brother’s 21st birthday, so all the more reason to eat cake and dance all night)! The venue was perfect because Morgan originally wanted to get married outside, but with it being August and the rain so unpredictable they decided on Ashton Gardens. I’m so glad they did because the chapel makes you feel like you’re outside with the tall windows overlooking the trees. I’m also thankful we were inside because it poured down rain not once, but twice during the day, and the last time was during the middle of the ceremony. It was such a beautiful ceremony, where Daniel and Morgan shared communion together, tied a three strand cord to symbolize their union with Christ as the center, and our Dad was the officiant. I’m so happy about my growing family and that Morgan is my new sister! Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. DUNNAM!
