Kris and Greer had a gorgeous wedding at Twin Oaks Farm Weddings a few weeks ago and everything was perfect! I loved being their wedding photographer and getting to spend the day with them!

I love the story of how they met, so I wanted to share it with all of you!

How They Met

“Kris and I met our very first day of college. We both started our college careers at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton, Ga. a hundred plus miles away from our hometowns. I knew he was the one the moment I saw him! When we met we didn’t catch each other’s names. So after months of waiting, growing, and searching we ran into each other on the way to class. We instantly re connected and both mentioned how we had met on the first day but didn’t get each other’s names. From that moment on we were inseparable and I knew he was the one. Four years later and we are married!”

They decided to have a first look, which is always a great idea in my opinion, and it was so beautiful! Greer was so emotional as she walked up to Kris, and he was so sweet to wipe her tears away.

Greer, you are a STUNNING bride!

Surrounded by their closest friends and family, their ceremony was held under the huge oak tree that Twin Oaks Farm is so famously known for. It was such a sweet ceremony!

I love taking pictures at sunset and always encourage my brides and grooms to sneak off for them! It’s always worth leaving the reception for just a few minutes to get these photos. The pond at Twin Oaks Farm was the perfect backdrop, and Kris and Greer were troopers as the gnats swarmed around them. 😉

Before the wedding, I made a comment to Greer about being excited about working with all of her vendors that she had chosen and she proudly said, “I’m so excited, I love my people!” Thanks to everyone involved to make the wedding picture perfect!
