Since I have revamped my website and it’s basically a brand new one, I’m re-blogging a few old posts. You may have seen this one before, but it’s a good one! A few other photographer friends meet at High Falls Park every February and rent yurts for a short get away weekend! We just hang, make campfire food, and sometimes take pictures with our big girl cameras. A few years back we had the itch to do a couple’s session while we were there, so Heather and Mark volunteered. As you can see, they completely slayed the whole photo shoot. Heather is a photographer as well and is amazing on both sides of the camera! I’m a hot mess when photos are taken of me, so it was very impressive to see her model so well, especially with 6+ photographers shooting at the same time. 😉

I love my community of fellow photographers and how well they take care of each other and cheer each other on. I’m so blessed to know them and be a part of this amazing group!

I love doing photo shoots at High Falls. It’s so beautiful and the perfect location if you’re wanting your engagement or family session to be more nature-centered. It’s always an adventure hiking the trails and finding new places to shoot, and of course taking advantage of the iconic water falls. High Falls never disappoints and I have loved every session I’ve ever done there!
